Galveston is one of the busiest cruise ports in the country, and five major lines now sail from it. Knowing which line you’re on — and which terminal it uses — makes planning your shuttle pickup and drop-off a lot simpler.
Carnival Cruise Line
Carnival has the largest presence at the port, sailing the Carnival Breeze, Carnival Jubilee, Carnival Freedom, and Carnival Vista out of Galveston. If you’re cruising Carnival, you’ll most likely depart from Terminal 25 or Terminal 28.
Royal Caribbean International
Royal Caribbean sails several ships from Galveston, including Adventure of the Seas, Mariner of the Seas, and Liberty of the Seas out of Terminal 10, plus its larger Oasis-class ships — Allure of the Seas and Wonder of the Seas — out of Terminal 3.
Disney Cruise Line
Disney Magic and Disney Wonder sail seasonally from Galveston, sharing Terminal 3 with Royal Caribbean’s Oasis-class ships. Families cruising Disney should build in extra time at drop-off — this terminal handles some of the largest ships and biggest passenger volumes at the port.
Norwegian Cruise Line
Norwegian sails ships including Norwegian Prima and Norwegian Escape from Terminal 16, shared with MSC Cruises.
MSC Cruises
MSC runs the newest homeport operation at Galveston, with MSC Seascape and MSC Meraviglia sailing out of Terminal 16 alongside Norwegian.
